So when I first started seeing the neck tie/neckerchief trend going around, I was a little unsure of it! But like all of those trends (overalls at the top of the list!), I eventually end up trying it out and wondering why it took me so long to get on board! I love statement necklaces so I just take this as sort of being a different kind of statement necklace. I think it works best with a simple outfit like the one I wore above, and it gives it that added flare it needs so it’s not too boring! I found a few different options of different styles and types of neck ties that you can see below!

Also, we have a problem. I browse for things for you guys to see as different options when I’m making up my posts, but then I WANT to buy the things. Seriously in love with that gold sequin neck scarf below, and pretty sure it will be making it’s debut on Instagram or the blog soon. 😛

Sooooo I’m REAL excited. Monday is my and Ben’s two year wedding anniversary! So today we are heading down to San Diego for the weekend. We’re staying in the Gas Lamp District at this super cool historic hotel called the The U.S. Grant, and we’re also going to see Luke Bryan tonight (one of my faves)! I am SO excited to celebrate and have the best weekend with the best husband!
