Fall Flares

Happy Monday! Today’s post is all about these new flares from Asos! I have been on an Asos kick lately. Every time I go on their page, I find a great deal! Annnnnnd it doesn’t hurt that I have free (well I paid a yearly fee of $29 but it seems free now 😛 ) two day shipping! I have been loving the resurgence of flares lately. And this color has been my go to this fall! They paired perfectly with this top that I can’t seem to stop wearing and my boots from Public Desire. I still want to get a really good pair of high waisted denim flares too! I’ve got my eye on these! P.S. I also got my dress for the Marine Corps Ball this weekend from Asos, and it should be coming today! One, I hope it’s just as perfect as I am imagining. And two, I can’t wait to show you guys!

How was your weekend? Friday night we had a birthday party for my little sister, and we all got pizza and then came back to my house for homemade pazookies and a photo booth and girl talk. It was the best, and I can’t believe my baby sis is 18! Ben finally came home from work Sunday morning, and we had a day full of mostly just cuddles and chatting about life. I was also really reminded this weekend how thankful I am that I have such an amazing hubby and family and friends that I love so much. Life isn’t always easy. Some days are hard, and you or people you really care about could be going through stuff that isn’t easy. And it’s nice to know that at the end of those days, what really matters is that I have a God who loves me and the best family and friends a girl could ask for. And all I can do is love people and be the best example of God’s love that I know how to be.
