Guys. I’m telling you. Over-packing/buying cute things for Mexico was the best thing I ever did. I mean I just have new things to wear all the time! 😛 This top is actually a part of a two-piece set that comes with matching shorts. It’s so cute and the perfect beach or vacation outfit. I actually shot it in Mexico to post but the light just wasn’t good and I had my fun buns in (Exhibit A), and when I looked at the photos I just mostly couldn’t take myself seriously with those buns. 😛 So last week I decided to pair the top with my high-waist denim, and I loved it! I got so many compliments on the top. Also, if you have been looking for high-waisted jeans, these are some of my faves!

The last few times I went into Nordstrom, I was eyeing these Topshop shoes. I kept almost buying them, and I finally decided to get them. You know if you go home and think about something or when you get dressed, you imagine pairing that thing with your outfit, then chances are you will probably wear it a lot. Which is exactly the case with these shoes! I love the fun color that is perfect for accenting a lot of different outfits. This just seems to be one of those colors that compliments a lot of different things. And they are SO comfortable. I wore them several days last week all day in the salon, even on my eleven hour day! If you’re not a fan of the peachy color for yourself, they also come in black and tan!

P.S. Next time you go to Target, try out one of these lipsticks. Mine is the color “Unapologetic”. They are so moisturizing, and I love the way they go on. You’re welcome. 😛

P. P. S. I just want to take a minute to wish my hunk of a hubby that happiest of birthdays. I love you from the bottom of my heart, and I’m so thankful that there’s a day just to celebrate you, my favorite person everr. Now, hurry home so we can celebrate!
