FIRST DAY IN CANCUN

You guys. I am literally in HEAVEN! We have only been here two days, and it has already been so much fun! The first day we got in, we were exhausted after a red eye flight so we napped and then just hung out on the beach! 

The next morning we rented a car through our resort. (SO nice that they have that available! It’s $40 a day!) We asked around about what we should do and decided on going to Coba Ruins. I went to Tulum last time which is also amazing (and we might still be going to), but we heard that you could actually climb on the ruins at Coba so that sold us!  The drive in was beautiful, and before we went to climb the ruins, we got tacos at a local taco place right outside the ruins. It’s so awesome because they have bikes you can rent to ride to the ruins! So you get to ride a bike through the jungle! Once we got there, we climbed all the way to the top, and the view was breathtaking. You are literally on top of the jungle. Pictures don’t do it justice. 

After the ruins, we went to Playa de Carmen and walked around and got ice cream, watched some tribal shows and enjoyed the beautiful views before we headed back home for dinner at our resort.

Seeing the ruins and being able to climb them was literally a dream come true. All day long Chloe and I kept saying, “This is the best day ever.” 

Annnnd we still have four more days to go! 

P.S. Obsessed with this red suit! And it’s under $20! And this romper is the perfect material for the humid weather here, and doesn’t show sweat marks!
