BLACK EMBROIDERED DRESS

Embroidery is a huge trend this fall season. I love how unique it can make a lot of simple pieces look. When I saw this black embroidered dress from Chicwish, I knew it would be the perfect embroidered dress for fall. I love the high-low hemline, and that even though the sleeves are long, they’re not all the way down so that means I can still wear it to work without the sleeves getting in the way!

Over the knee boots have been everywhere the last few years but I love how each year new styles come out. I have several pairs of these flat ones but I really wanted a heeled pair for dressing up my looks. But I’m also very picky when it comes to my heels. A pair of heeled anything can look amazing, but if I can’t walk in them or my feet are going to hurt shortly after putting them on, I’m out. 😛 The heel height on these is perfect! Chunky and not too high. My favorite. And I love the suede finish and pointed toe. They are the perfect boots for pairing with dresses and leggings. They are a little snug just with the dress (perfect because they stay up) but I’m not sure if they would work with jeans on me unless they are a super tight pair. I have my eye on these to pair with all of my jeans but they would be more of an investment pair of boots!

Ben and I just got home from San Francisco last night, and we had the best time! I love getting away from the distractions at home and just exploring and being together and making time for good conversations to happen. I’m going back to work today with a full heart! I’ll probably be sharing a few of our fave spots we ate just in case any of you are heading put there anytime soon.
