Happy Friday! And WELCOME TO MY NEW BLOG!!! Eeek. I am so excited! And if you visited the other night when I first got it up and running, welcome back! For a while now I have been itching to update my blog and also have been thinking about switching to a new site host (I changed from wordpress.com to worpress.org for any of you who are wondering). The main reason I switched was to have more control over what I do to my blog! I have more space for blog posts and am able to customize things to be the way I want. From the outside, it may just look like a simple aesthetic update, but it took hours and hours to do. I had to transfer everything (like all my blog posts from a year and a half) plus get the whole page set up both visually and behind the scenes. Soooo I’m pretty dang proud and excited about my new space! I hope you love it and find it easier to navigate. Let me know too if there is anything you would like to see on here! And a HUGE thank you to one of my fave bloggers Thrifts and Threads. Her blogging tips posts are what inspired me to make the move and guided me along the way. If any of you are thinking of transferring or just starting a blog period, she’s your girl!

Now on to what you probably came here for.. 😛 Last week I wore this dress to a wedding without a shirt under (see it on Instagram here), and I thought it would be fun to show another way it could be styled. Dresses like this are perfect for fall because they can be styled so many different way! I love the cutouts and the simple shape. I decided this time to add my striped turtle neck from Forever that’s a steal and a closet staple everyone should have for the cooler weather! I still need to get it in some more colors!

I hope you have the best weekend! I work today and am hoping to get some QT in with Ben and go on a date or something fun. And tomorrow we are going to our nephew’s third birthday which I’m real excited about because he’s basically the cutest.

Thanks for coming by! P.S. Don’t forget that you can subscribe to my posts on the sidebar of my blog to stay up to date on all my posts!

xoxo,

Christine
