When we were in Michigan a few weeks back, I went to put on my trusty faux leather leggings and all of the sudden I realized they were not so trusty. Somehow I had failed to notice that they had worn completely thin, and you know that bend over test? Yah well they didn’t pass it. I also realized, to my horror, that I had worn them with a shorter than normal sweater a few days previous, and even done a blog post that day. (Not telling you which one, but you can’t tell in the photos anyways). So needless to say I was in desperate need of some new faux leather bottoms. These ones from Chic Wish are just what I needed. They are not actually leggings but more like pants so I don’t even need to DO the bend over test! And as far as the length of your top is concerned, you could ever wear a crop top with them! The waist band is stretchy at the top so no need to worry about that date night you had planned with the best nachos ever from Yard House. I love adding anything leather to an outfit because it instantly amps up your outfit! Just don’t wear see through faux leather leggings. There’s a place for those. Never and in the trash. That’s where mine are. 😛

Oh. Half way through taking these pictures, I decided I wanted to try the hair tuck! And I think I like it. Kinda fun to see yourself with shorter hair for a hot minute. What do you guys think?

Hope you all are having the best week! And that it’s short as far as work goes! I had an eleven hour day yesterday but I only work a little bit the rest of the week, and then I’m off to Utah on Monday to see my brother and his family!
